The consular fee is not refundable, the price can be changed without preliminary notification.
By agreement between Russian Federation and European Union about the visa issue simplification for citizens of Russia and EU, the price of all visa types to Russia for all EU citizens except Kingdom of Denmark, Ireland and Great Britain and Northern Ireland is:
35 Euro - usual visa issue (10 working days)
70 Euro - urgent visa issue (3 working days)
